Sourcing
A fact goes into a review only if we found it on the supplier's own public pages or in a public record such as a regulator's letter, a business registry or a trust-site profile. When we cannot confirm something we say "not published", "not stated" or "could not confirm" rather than fill the gap. Every review lists where we looked.
Research use only
Every supplier reviewed here sells materials labeled for laboratory research use only. Our pages are about suppliers, their documents and their business practices. They never describe, suggest or assess any use of those materials in people or animals, and they carry no information about quantities, protocols or outcomes. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
No reader reviews
We do not ask for, gather, display or mark up ratings from the public. The stars you see are editors' ratings produced by our published formula, and every page that shows them says so.
One formula for everyone
The formula and its weights live on the how we rate page. When the formula changes, it changes for every supplier at once and the page records the date. No supplier is rated by a different rule.
Corrections and freshness
We take corrections from anyone who can show evidence and apply them at the next issue. Each page carries its updated date. Suppliers that close stay on the site, clearly marked, because older recommendations elsewhere keep sending readers their way.
