Return policies in the research peptide market run from “all sales are final” to “60-day money-back guarantee”, and the difference rarely shows in the price. A lab purchaser should know which of the three policy types a supplier runs before ordering, because the policy decides what happens when a vial arrives cracked, the wrong item ships, or the parcel never shows up.
This guide groups the suppliers in our October 2026 data by policy type and quotes their stated terms. Policies change and some suppliers publish their full terms only after login or on pages we did not read, so confirm on the supplier’s own policy page before you order.
The three policy types
| Type | What it means for you | Typical wording |
|---|---|---|
| All sales final | No returns for any reason; usually a short window to report damage or a wrong item | “All sales of research products are final once shipped” |
| Money-back window | A stated number of days to return unopened product for a refund, sometimes minus fees | “Refund of unused, unopened product returned within 30 days” |
| Replacement only | No refunds; damaged, incorrect or lost orders are reshipped | “Damaged or lost packages replaced free of charge” |
Many suppliers mix these, for example all sales final plus a purity guarantee, or a money-back window plus a restocking fee. The sections below sort by the dominant term.
All sales final
These suppliers state that you cannot return product. The exception window for damaged or wrong items is the detail to note.
| Supplier | Stated policy | Exception window |
|---|---|---|
| Ascension Peptides | No returns, exchanges or refunds “for any reason”; orders cannot be cancelled once processed | Damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of receipt, seller at fault |
| Paramount Peptides | All sales final once shipped; replacement preferred, refund to original method, no store credit | Shipping damage or wrong item within 48 hours; material nonconformity within 5 calendar days |
| Peptide Perfection | All sales final; refunds to original payment method in 5 to 10 business days | Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items within 7 days with photos |
| Research Peptides | All sales final; approved refunds in 7 to 10 business days | Defective or incorrect items within 7 days; non-delivery claims within 14 days of order |
| Pharma Grade Peptides | “ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.” | None stated |
| US Peptides | No returns; sales final “because products are sterile” | None stated |
| USA Peptides | Returns not accepted due to the nature of the products | Contact the company if damaged or incorrect |
| Direct Peptides | Returns not accepted; undispatched orders can be cancelled for full refund | Damaged product replaced; reship if not received within 21 or 28 days |
| Modern Aminos | All sales final with a 7-day return window, per Finnrick (site blocked our fetch) | Not verified |
A 24-hour reporting window, as at Ascension Peptides, is tight. If a parcel arrives on a Friday evening and you open it Monday, you may already be outside it. Read the window and plan to inspect on arrival.
Note the contradiction at Biotech Peptides, which states it does not accept returns due to the nature of the products while also advertising a “30 day refund guaranteed” badge. Ask which applies before you order.
Money-back windows
These suppliers refund returned product within a stated number of days. Almost all require the item to be unopened and unused, and most make you pay return shipping.
| Supplier | Window | Conditions and fees |
|---|---|---|
| Sports Technology Labs | 60 days | Money-back guarantee; returns arranged by email |
| Loti Labs | 30 days | Unused, unopened product; 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened items |
| Simple Peptide | 30 days | Unopened, unused, original condition; opened items case by case; customer pays trackable return shipping; refund 7 to 10 business days after inspection |
| Core Peptides | 30 days from order | Refund request by email; unshipped orders cancellable; refunds settle in 2 to 3 business days |
| Blue Sky Peptide | 30 days | Subject to review; refund minus original shipping, or exchange for equal or lesser value |
| Licensed Peptides | 30 days | Cart copy states a money-back guarantee; full terms at a page we did not read |
| Prime Peptides (FDA warning letter on record) | 30 days from delivery | Unopened, seals intact, pre-approval required, prepaid return label, refund within 3 business days of approval |
| Enhanced Peptides | 7 days full refund; 30 days change of mind | 10% restocking fee and shipping deducted after 7 days; not responsible for lost or stolen packages |
| Geo Peptides | 15 days (peptides), 30 days (chemicals) | Sealed; notify by email first |
| Alpha Labs Peptides | 14 days | Unopened; store credit only, minus 15% restocking fee; customer pays return shipping |
| Receptor Chem | 14 working days | Unused, unopened, with returns form and tracked return; 14-day money-back guarantee on direct purchases |
| Trident Peptide UK | 14 days from purchase | Un-mixed, unopened items only; visual defects reported within 48 hours; refunds up to 14 days |
| Limitless Biotech | 10 days from receipt | Unopened, unused |
| BioLongevity Labs | 10 days from delivery | Unopened; 15% restocking fee; return label cost deducted; generally “cannot accept returns” otherwise |
| Elite Peptides | 5 working days | Full refund on unopened, unused product; exchange only after that |
| Verified Peptides | 7 days from receipt | Free return label; refund after inspection in about 5 business days; $10 reshipment fee for customer-error returns |
Two things to watch. First, “store credit only” is not a refund. Alpha Labs Peptides’ 14-day window returns 85% of your money as credit you can only spend with the same supplier. Second, “subject to review” and “approval not guaranteed” give the supplier the final say. Alpha Peptides, for instance, says sales are generally final but a refund review may be requested within 30 days for unopened sealed products, with approval not guaranteed and eligibility limited to wrong item, confirmed shipping damage or cancellation before processing.
Polaris Peptides advertises a money-back guarantee “under specific Terms and Conditions” but publishes the details only after login. A guarantee you cannot read before buying is a guarantee you cannot rely on.
Replacement only
These suppliers do not refund but will reship if something goes wrong in transit or in fulfillment.
- Koi Peptides: no general returns of opened vials; damaged, incorrect or short shipments reported within 48 hours with photos, replacement or refund at the company’s discretion; lost packages reshipped free once the carrier confirms.
- Extreme Peptides: returns only for damage or defects attributable to the company or manufacturer; theft claims within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
- Peptide Pros: no returns “for health and safety reasons”; products below 99% purity replaced; after two failed deliveries, a final reship or a refund minus shipping and 20%.
- UK Peptides: faulty or damaged items replaced; no refund or resend while the parcel is in transit.
- American Research Pens: refund or replacement if a pen arrives damaged, the wrong item ships or the order is not delivered; no refund on an opened pen after a 3-hour correction window; crypto payments are store credit only.
- Umbrella Labs (FDA warning letter on record): one-time, no-cost replacement of a lost shipment or damaged product; a customer account is required to file a claim.
Replacement-only is a reasonable policy for a product that cannot be resold once shipped. The question is whether the supplier’s definition of “damaged” covers what actually went wrong, and how fast you have to report it.
Two details separate a good replacement policy from a weak one. The first is who pays when the carrier loses the parcel. Koi Peptides, Peptide Pros and Umbrella Labs reship at no cost once a loss is confirmed, while Enhanced Peptides states it is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and Ascension Peptides puts carrier loss on the buyer unless paid shipping protection was added at checkout. The second is the evidence required. Most suppliers ask for photos within 48 hours to 7 days, so open and photograph every parcel on the day it arrives, even if you will not unpack it until later.
Purity guarantees: a separate promise
A purity guarantee is not a return policy. It is a promise about the material, and the remedy is usually replacement or refund if an independent test disagrees with the certificate. The strength of these varies a great deal.
| Supplier | Guarantee as stated | Our note |
|---|---|---|
| Evolve Peptides | 200% money-back if purity does not match the label | Strongest wording in our data |
| Koi Peptides | Replace or refund if a peptide does not match its COA on independent retest | Clear trigger |
| Nexaph | Replacement or refund if a product tests below stated purity; store credit if more than 10% below stated net fill | Separates purity from quantity |
| Peptide Pros | Products below 99% purity replaced free | Replacement only |
| Trident Peptide UK | Replace or refund any product not conforming to stated standards | Broad wording |
| Paramount Peptides | Independent results considered only with lab, method, chain of custody and full report; claims may still be denied | Conditional; a third-party directory describes a stronger refund not confirmed on site |
| Atomik Labz, Liberty Peptides, Xcel Peptides | “99% Purity Guaranteed” banners | No remedy terms published; Atomik Labz and Xcel Peptides publish no certificate page |
| Peptide Warehouse | “100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee” | No terms given |
A banner with no remedy is a slogan. Before relying on a purity guarantee, find the sentence that says what the supplier will do, what evidence it needs, and who pays for the test.
How to read any return policy in two minutes
- Find the type. Final, window or replacement.
- Find the clock. Days from delivery or from order, and how fast damage must be reported.
- Find the fees. Restocking percentage, return shipping, original shipping non-refundable.
- Find the form of refund. Original payment method, or store credit.
- Find the lost-parcel clause. Reshipped free, reshipped once, or your risk.
Then pair it with the payment method. A 30-day money-back window at a card-accepting supplier such as Core Peptides or Loti Labs gives you two routes back if an order goes wrong. An all-sales-final policy at a crypto-preferred supplier gives you none. Our payments guide covers that side, and the top-rated list carries return terms for every supplier we track.

A restocking fee is a percentage kept from your refund on an accepted return. Alpha Labs Peptides and BioLongevity Labs deduct 15%. Enhanced Peptides deducts 10% on change-of-mind returns after 7 days. Swiss Chems, which has an FDA warning letter on record, deducts 15% per product plus a $25 processing fee per transaction.
Do any suppliers refund if a product fails an independent purity test?
Several say so. Evolve Peptides advertises a 200% money-back guarantee if purity does not match the label. Koi Peptides will replace or refund if a peptide does not match its COA on independent retest. Nexaph offers replacement or refund if a product tests below stated purity. Paramount Peptides considers independent results only with the lab, method, chain of custody and full report, and may still deny the claim.
