BioLongevity Labs review: Documents its testing better than most

BioLongevity Labs documents its testing better than most, names three outside laboratories and keeps an open batch library with endotoxin reports. You pay premium prices for that, and returns are limited to ten days with a restocking fee.

Quick take

BioLongevity Labs is the retail brand of F2 Nutrition LLC, which gives its address as 405 Rothrock Rd #106, Akron, Ohio 44321. The catalog runs to 46 items, all lyophilized vials and blends, including a line of bioregulators and a range the company calls its Signature line, and we saw no GLP-class products on the shop page or in a site search. The company does not say when it was founded. What it does say, at more length than most suppliers manage, is how its testing works, and it names three outside laboratories to go with the explanation.

BioLongevity Labs documents its testing better than most, names three outside laboratories and keeps an open batch library with endotoxin reports

For this review we read the COA process page, opened the certificate library, looked at the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend page, read the shipping and payments page and the refunds page, and checked the Trustpilot listing and the public record. The theme that emerged is a supplier that documents well and charges accordingly.

If you remember one thing, make it this: you will pay premium prices here, and in return you get a batch library with endotoxin reports that you can read before you order.

Testing, in plain English

The COA process page describes four checks on every batch: identity by mass spectrometry, purity by LC-MS or UHPLC-MS, quantity, and endotoxin by either the LAL method or recombinant Factor C. The company states that it does not test its own material and names the laboratories that do: SafeCert Labs, which it describes as an independent CLIA-certified facility, BioRegen and AV Analytics. The library at biolongevitylabs.com/coas/ sits behind an age gate but needs no account, is ordered newest first, and can be filtered by product and by batch. Separate endotoxin reports sit alongside the purity reports, which is exactly how a lab buyer wants to find them.

Then the small frustrations. The library entries do not say which of the three laboratories produced each document, so you learn that only by opening the PDF. The filenames carry batch identifiers but no dates, so the test date is also inside the file rather than on the index. No sterility test is listed anywhere. On the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend page, the specifications state purity at 99 percent or better by HPLC while the testing section says UHPLC-MS, a small inconsistency in wording rather than in substance. The company also claims GMP-certified facilities and membership of the American Peptide Association, and neither claim comes with a certificate you can see.

In practice, this is a supplier whose documents will satisfy a buyer who needs identity, purity and endotoxin per batch from a named outside lab, and will leave a buyer who needs sterility data looking elsewhere. Open the PDF for your batch, read the lab name and date inside it, and you have what you need.

Prices, shipping and policies

Make no mistake about the tier. The BPC-157 and TB-500 blend at 10 mg, 5 mg of each, is $119.97. Ipamorelin 10 mg is $79.97, GHK-Cu 50 mg is $84.97, Epithalon 20 mg is $94.97 and Thymosin Alpha 1 at 10 mg is $129.97. There is no 5 mg BPC-157 at all, and the standalone BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg vials showed no price on the shop page when we looked. Against the suppliers we track, these are premium prices by a clear margin.

Shipping is quick and the options are generous. Orders placed before 12 p.m. Pacific ship the same business day. Domestic transit is three to five business days by USPS Priority or one to two days by FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight or FedEx Saturday Delivery. Shipping is free only once your order reaches $400, which at these prices is three or four vials. International delivery exists but is limited to Canada and a few other destinations. Payment is by major credit card only.

Returns are tight and the company says why. Because of the fragile nature of the products it cannot normally accept returns; the exception is unopened product within ten days of delivery, refunded less a 15 percent restocking fee and the cost of the return label. Cancellations are accepted by email before shipment only. If the carrier confirms a package was never delivered, the order is reshipped at no cost. Contact is by email at [email protected], with no phone number published. The research-use-only disclaimer, an FDA non-evaluation statement, a note that the company is not a pharmacy and a 21+ age gate are all present. The company’s Trustpilot profile has been removed by Trustpilot with the notice that it goes against the platform’s guidelines, and we found no FDA warning letter naming the company.

Should you order here?

BioLongevity Labs fits a lab that needs per-batch certificates with endotoxin results from named outside laboratories, that wants a supplier with a legal entity and street address on file, that pays by card, and that may need delivery into Canada. It also suits a buyer who prefers a catalog without GLP-class items.

It does not fit a budget-led purchase, a lab that needs a 5 mg BPC-157 or sterility data, or anyone who wants free shipping on a small order. The ten-day return window with a restocking fee is a further reason to order exactly what you need and nothing speculative. If sterility is the deciding document for your lab, ask the company directly whether any of its three laboratories runs it; the process page does not list it, and a written answer is better than an assumption.

Our view is that this is a sound supplier for the buyer who reads the certificate before the price tag. Plan an order that clears the $400 line, open the batch PDF, note the laboratory and date inside it, and keep the refund window in mind.

The good

The certificate library at biolongevitylabs.com/coas/ is open behind an age gate only, ordered newest first, and filterable by product and batch.

Three outside laboratories are named, SafeCert Labs, BioRegen and AV Analytics, and the company states that it does not test its own material.

Each batch is listed as tested for identity by mass spectrometry, purity by LC-MS or UHPLC-MS, quantity, and endotoxin by LAL or recombinant Factor C, with separate endotoxin reports in the library.

The legal entity and street address are published: F2 Nutrition LLC, 405 Rothrock Rd #106, Akron, OH 44321.

Orders placed before noon Pacific ship the same business day, and delivery to Canada and selected other destinations is available.

The bad

Prices are premium: the BPC-157 and TB-500 blend at 10 mg is $119.97 and Thymosin Alpha 1 at 10 mg is $129.97, and shipping is free only over $400.

Library entries do not state which laboratory produced each document, and filenames carry batch identifiers without dates.

Returns are accepted only on unopened product within ten days of delivery, less a 15 percent restocking fee and the return label.

Trustpilot has removed the company's profile for going against its guidelines.

GMP certification and membership of the American Peptide Association are claims without a certificate shown, and no sterility test is listed.

The short answer

Our view is that this is a sound supplier for the buyer who reads the certificate before the price tag. Plan an order that clears the $400 line, open the batch PDF, note the laboratory and date inside it, and keep the refund window in mind.
