OperatingRank #27 of 49Public certificates

Loti Labs is one of the easier suppliers to order from, with free shipping from $99, card or ACH payment and a 30-day refund on unopened product. It is one of the harder ones to vouch for, with no named laboratory, no address, and independent BPC-157 tests that mostly failed.

Quick take

Loti Labs is built for convenience. Orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern on a weekday ship the same day, shipping is free from $99, you can pay by card or same-day ACH, there is a phone line, and unopened product can be refunded within 30 days. If you are a US lab placing small, frequent orders, that list covers most of what you want from the ordering side. The verification side is thinner. The company says it ships from the United States and manufactures there, but publishes no street address; its about page describes its experience as both 9 years and 14+ years; and the certificate on its BPC-157 page has no laboratory’s name on it. The recorded catalog centers on BPC-157 in vial, capsule and blend forms, with vials, capsules and blends across the wider range.

We read the homepage, the BPC-157 product page and its certificate, the certificate archive, the shipping and returns policy and the about page, and we pulled Finnrick’s independent record. The ordering experience earns its marks. The documents do not.

The thing to know is that this is one of the easier suppliers to buy from and one of the harder ones to vouch for.

Testing, in plain English

The company says every batch comes with a certificate and links the most recent BPC-157 certificate, an image dated June 17, 2026, from the product page, with an archive of earlier batches at lotilabs.com/coas-updated/. HPLC and mass spectrometry are the methods referenced. Endotoxin and sterility are not mentioned anywhere.

No laboratory is named, on the site or on the certificate, which means there is no one to call to confirm the document is genuine or that it describes your lot. The BPC-157 page also gives two purity figures that do not match: a floor of 98 percent or better and a result of 99.7 percent. The company describes its manufacturing as GMP-compliant and US-based and calls itself a founding member of the American Peptide Association; all three statements are self-reported, with no certificate shown.

Finnrick, an independent testing aggregator, has tested Loti Labs BPC-157 itself. Of five samples, two passed and three failed. Finnrick’s vendor report also notes shared infrastructure between Loti Labs and other storefronts. Those are Finnrick’s findings and we present them as such, but when the only independent results on a supplier’s flagship item run three to two against it, a careful buyer slows down. Set against the suppliers we track, Loti sits in the middle for publishing a document at all and near the bottom for what that document lets you verify.

A word about what a lab name does for you. When a certificate carries the issuing laboratory’s name and a report number, you can contact that laboratory and confirm the document is genuine and unaltered; without the name, the certificate can only be checked against itself. That is why we weigh a named laboratory so heavily, and why a document that is otherwise tidy, as Loti’s is, loses most of its value when the name is missing.

Prices, shipping and policies

Prices are mid-market. BPC-157 at 5 mg is $49.99, which sits close to the median across the suppliers we track. The BPC-157 and TB-500 blend at 5 mg each is $79.99, and a 30-count bottle of BPC-157 capsules is $55.99.

Shipping is the strongest feature. Orders before 1 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, ship the same day by USPS or UPS, and shipping is free once your cart passes $99, one of the lower thresholds we have recorded. Two vials clear it. There is no international shipping. Set against the suppliers we track, $49.99 for a 5 mg vial is unremarkable in either direction; you are paying a mid-market price for convenience rather than for documentation.

Payment is by card or same-day ACH through Link Money, and the card gives you a dispute route the ACH does not. Returns are straightforward: unused, unopened product returned within 30 days of purchase is refunded, which the company describes as a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened products. Opened product is not covered. Contact is the phone line, 833-962-6682; there is no email and no street address, and the two different company ages on the about page do not inspire confidence in the small print. The research-use-only disclaimer is present. The Trustpilot page for lotilabs.com returns HTTP 451, unavailable for legal reasons, on both the main and UK subdomains, so no review data is available either way. We found no FDA warning letter naming the company.

Should you order here?

Loti Labs suits a US lab placing small, frequent orders that wants free shipping on each, a buyer who prefers ACH to card, and a purchaser who values a plain 30-day unopened-return window and a phone number that works.

It does not suit international buyers, labs that need a named laboratory or endotoxin and sterility data on the certificate, or any purchaser who weighs independent test results, which here run against the company’s main product. It is also not the place to build a standing supply relationship until the laboratory question is answered, because a lab that cannot be named today may not be the same lab next quarter.

Our recommendation is to call before you buy and ask which laboratory issues the certificates and for which lot. If you proceed, keep the vial unopened until you have compared the certificate to the label, because unopened is the only state in which Loti Labs will refund it, and pay by card so you hold a second route if the phone goes unanswered. A phone call costs nothing, and the answer will tell you most of what you need to know.
